Core services
Roof Health Check
Inspection with photos, condition report, and advice: repair, restore or replace.. Free, with photos you keep whether or not you go ahead.
Clean & treat
High-pressure clean, mould treatment, gutter and downpipe clean. The Essential package.
Not suitable for asbestos or fragile roofs.
Repair
Broken and cracked tile replacement, ridge repointing, minor flashing and vents.
Rebed & repoint
Ridge and hip capping re-bedded and flexibly pointed: the quality driver behind every restoration.
Restoration (Standard)
Clean, repairs, re-bed and re-point, sealer, and a two-coat Dulux Acratex membrane.
Premium
Standard plus 100% ridge re-bed, a third coat and a ridge-cap allowance. Our own specification uplift for older or porous tiles.
Add-ons
Colour transformation
Change the colour of your roof, with the visualiser and a sample tile. Adds a coat.
Colour fade is outside the manufacturer’s material warranty.
Roof + gutter
Gutter and downpipe clean, or clean & paint, with the roof.
Whirlybirds & vents
Supply and fit, flashed and sealed.
Valley & flashing repairs
Small valley-iron and flashing repairs. Larger work is referred.
Brought in from licensed specialists
Solar panel remove & reinstall
Done only by a licensed electrician.
Gutter replacement & gutter guard
Supplied and fitted by a licensed subcontractor.
What we won’t do (and who we’ll point you to)
Roof replacement
If your roof genuinely needs replacing, we’ll say so and refer you on.
Asbestos roofs
We don’t clean, scrape or coat suspected asbestos. We’ll refer you to a licensed assessor or removalist.
Steep, 3+ storey, slate or aged terracotta
Personal inspection only; some we’ll decline.
